When will I know my booking is confirmed ?

Your booking will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or phone call from the CHEFIN team or your private chef. If you haven’t received any emails or phone calls from us after making your booking, then your event is not considered confirmed. Please get in touch with us if this is the case, via email at hello@chefin.com.au, or phone at 0477 666 351.

If you have specified a particular private chef at your time of booking and they are unavailable on the date of your event, then one of the team members at CHEFIN will be in touch to help you find an alternative chef. Every single one of our team is just as talented, brilliant, and passionate as the other, and we can always find the perfect match for any menu and event.
