Fudge with dark chocolate & blueberries

Dark chocolate and blueberry fudge

  • 560g of Dark chocolate (60%)
  • 1 can of Sweetened condensed milk (380g)
  • ¼ cup of Blue berry jam
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp of Salt
  • 75g of Sunflower seeds
  • 1 small packet Dried blueberries


  1. Step 1

    Line a 8”tray with baking paper and keep aside

  2. Step 2

    In a microwaveable bowl, combine the condensed milk and chocolate, microwave for 30 seconds at a time gently mixing the mixture in between. 4-5 times should be enough to melt the chocolate to form a smooth mixture.

  3. Step 3

    In another bowl combine the jam, vanilla, salt, dried blueberries and half the amount of sunflower seeds. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over and mix well.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the mixture in the lined tray and sprinkle the remaining sunflower seeds.

  5. Step 5

    Chill the tray in a fridge until set (1-2 hours). Cut in squares and serve
