Dark chocolate and blueberry fudge
Nutrition per serving
- 560g of Dark chocolate (60%)
- 1 can of Sweetened condensed milk (380g)
- ¼ cup of Blue berry jam
- 1 tsp of Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp of Salt
- 75g of Sunflower seeds
- 1 small packet Dried blueberries
Line a 8”tray with baking paper and keep aside
In a microwaveable bowl, combine the condensed milk and chocolate, microwave for 30 seconds at a time gently mixing the mixture in between. 4-5 times should be enough to melt the chocolate to form a smooth mixture.
In another bowl combine the jam, vanilla, salt, dried blueberries and half the amount of sunflower seeds. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over and mix well.
Pour the mixture in the lined tray and sprinkle the remaining sunflower seeds.
Chill the tray in a fridge until set (1-2 hours). Cut in squares and serve
