Next Steps

  • Secure your booking by paying in full. If using bank transfer/EFTPOS, please ensure you use the order number as a payment reference.
  • CHEFIN will email you a booking confirmation and calendar invitation. This will include a form to collect your information and particular needs/requirements.
  • Once you have filled in the form and sent it back to us, and your booking is sooner than in 3 weeks, we will assign a Chef based on your needs and desires.
  • Your assigned Chef will design a unique menu tailored to your brief, event, dietaries and tastes.
  • You can preview this menu, provide feedback, and advise of any menu & event changes along the way.

  • Drop-Off Christmas Feast – Your chef prepares your full Christmas menu offsite and delivers it ready to heat, plate, and enjoy. No onsite service, perfect for easy hosting.

Can I customise the Christmas menu?

Absolutely. Whether you choose Full-Service or Drop-Off, your Personal Chef will tailor the menu to your preferences, favourite dishes, and dietary needs.

What is included in the Christmas Feast packages?

  • Full-Service: Ingredients, menu design, onsite cooking, plating, table service, and full clean-up.

  • Drop-Off: Ingredients, menu design, all cooking done offsite, beautifully packaged dishes, and reheating/plating instructions.

Both options include premium, seasonal ingredients and a menu designed just for you.

How long does the experience last?

  • Full-Service: Most Christmas Feast events run for around 3–4 hours, depending on guest numbers and courses.

  • Drop-Off: Your feast is delivered within a chosen delivery window and can be enjoyed on your schedule.

Do I need a fully equipped kitchen?

  • Full-Service: A basic kitchen setup is perfectly fine. Your chef will bring any special tools required.

  • Drop-Off: Only a fridge and space to store the delivered dishes are needed until you’re ready to heat and serve.

Can I book a Private Chef for a corporate Christmas party?

Yes! Both Full-Service and Drop-Off options suit corporate celebrations, whether in your office or an external venue.

Are drinks included?

Drinks are not included, but we can organise wine pairings, cocktail packages, or BYO service upon request.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred chef.
We also accommodate last-minute bookings where possible.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?

We cater for 2 guests up to 100+.
The experience will be scaled appropriately for your group size.

Can I request a specific chef?

Yes. You’re welcome to browse our Private Chef profiles and request a chef whose cooking style suits your event. If they’re unavailable, we’ll recommend similar chefs from our vetted team.
