We have teamed up with some of the best chefs in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to bring 5-star dining to your table.


Our private chefs are experienced, knowledgeable, talented and creative – all the ingredients for a seriously delicious gourmet meal – but most of all they’re passionate about quality cooking and service. Many have worked in top restaurants here in Australia and right around the world, and each individual chef offers unique dishes and menus inspired by their backgrounds and imaginations.

Originally Chinese, I immigrated to Australia from Shanghai many moons ago. My passion for food was born here in Sydney – through the beautiful and diverse ingredients this city has to offer. I am a CHEFIN’ premium chef who loves to delight diners with innovative & beautiful dishes. For me food is about creating new unique ways of presenting dishes whilst keeping that authentic taste.

Born in the province of Rome in 1984, Chef Michele grew up on the delicious homemade specialties of this region, as well as the southern Italian cuisine of his grandparents’ trattoria in the countryside of Naples. His traditional Italian background and natural enthusiasm is matched by an impressive international career and an innovative approach. Chef Michele boasts experience at Michelin star restaurants in London and in Italy, and award winning establishments across the Mediterranean, Australia, Dubai and Thailand.

I was born in Italy, where I grew up surrounded by both traditional and modern Italian cuisine, so it’s no surprise this is the food I have always loved to cook. Every time I prepare a meal, I am inspired by the smiles on people’s faces when they taste the food. I am part of CHEFIN’s premium chefs and love to surprise and delight dinner guests with my traditional and authentic cooking.

California born, Texas made, and now calling Sydney home, I am a 29-year-old chef with 13 years of experience in modern pastry, Japanese, French, Italian and Mexican cuisine. I have a deep passion for finding and cooking with ingredients from nature, and I love sharing my knowledge with foodies who want to discover more about the amazing variety of food available in our lives.

I grew up in Morocco, but I am now an Australian citizen, as well as an experienced chef, meditation teacher and wellbeing consultant. I combine my understanding of commercial kitchens with my love for great produce to offer people an oasis in the midst of chaos. It is my passion to teach you about the benefits of mindfulness and how mindful cooking can enhance other aspects of your life.
