Short bio

Chef Valeria Boselli, “The Vegan Queen”. She is originally from Italy, studied art and architecture at Politecnico of Milan, before moving to Australia in 2006. She changed her career path in Sydney, embracing her passion for food, culture, art and details.

She has worked for hospitality corporate Morrison and local family business as Belgrave Cartel in Manly. From 2014 to 2017, she opened The Dandylion Bondi, a vegan-vegetarian little gem in the heart of Bondi Beach.

Her style is contemporary fusion but her root is definitely the Mediterranean.

“I have a dream. This dream was based on the belief that dining Vegetarian & vegan should be a belief & culture, a fun and exciting experience, and deserves to be delicious. The food I present is not just healthy, but a delight to the taste buds. Now I bring my creativity, skills and professional attitude directly to you!”

Chef Valeria has been working in the busy Sydney hospitality for many years. During her career journey, she developed a rebellious attitude towards waste and animal cruelty and extended knowledge of fusion high-quality cuisine.

Being a private chef fulfils her hunger for knowledge, techniques and organising skills, and encourage her to keep fighting with the constant overuse of animal products and waste.

She believes her mission is to make people aware of the infinite flavoursome possibilities of vegan cuisine. How? By experiencing her food, having her as a private chef for a plant-based dinner experience.
