Feast of traditional & modern Australian food

What we’ll do

My Aussie Flavours experience is an exciting fusion of traditional and modern Australian cuisine that makes you feel like a real Sydneysider. First I will welcome guests and introduce everyone, before explaining the inspiration behind the first dish as I serve it for you to enjoy. At this time you are free to ask me questions about the ingredients, recipe or cooking techniques. We will continue like this throughout the experience. I will cook, serve and tell you the story of six gourmet courses, all inspired by special locally sourced ingredients such as kangaroo, fresh seafood, local vegetables and more. You can relax and mingle with a few drinks or chat to me in the kitchen and learn more about the food. It’s up to you. Please feel free to continue our foodie conversation after the meal.

Winston Zhang

Originally Chinese, I immigrated to Australia from Shanghai many moons ago. My passion for food was born here in Sydney – through the beautiful and diverse ingredients this city has to offer. I am a CHEFIN’ premium chef who loves to delight diners with innovative & beautiful dishes. For me food is about creating new unique ways of presenting dishes whilst keeping that authentic taste.
