Bio

Thomas Rye is a seasoned chef with 19 years industry experience. He is born and bred from Sydney so knows and uses all locally sourced produce wherever possible. His passion and drive has seen Thomas grow in all aspects of cooking and well deliver the best dining experience. He started out at the Nepean TAFE, subsequently at the King Henry Court in Penrith and then became the Head Chef at Café Lattetude and Wallacia Hotel.

Thomas passion for food led him to start his own catering company and says, “If you really want to make a friend, go to someone’s house and eat with them. The people who give you their food give you their hearts.” Thomas will give you his heart.

Thomas will look after your plate right from the paddock talking to his local farmers and growers to bring you the finest ingredients.
