Stuart Trower has been a chef for around 30 years, trained in the UK before moving to Australia in 2000. For the first few years he worked for some of the most sought after catering companies and in 2004 he started out on his own.
Cooking has always been a passion that has driven him to where he is today. He enjoys the versatility to be able to create a new and exciting dish every time he cooks.
