Born in Korea, Chef Min Kim began his culinary journey with traditional Japanese training at Ginja in Sokcho, where he developed strong foundations in sashimi and sushi preparation. This early discipline continues to shape his reputation as a respected Private Chef in Sydney.

After moving to Australia in 2013, Chef Min refined his skills across Korean and Japanese restaurants throughout Sydney. His exposure to diverse kitchens and techniques helped establish him as a dependable Personal Chef in Sydney.
