I love the guests enjoying my food, and I can give all my attention to the guests. I love expressing myself through food presentations, it’s a kind of art for me, and I love to have the patience to give out my best artwork.”

With his Asian culture the understanding for Southeast Asian flavours came naturally, and this encouraged him to develop his skills in modern fusion. You can expect a WOW presentation and outstanding flavours in his food and a blend of unique cultures, ingredients, and flavours. Wiwin always looks forward to the uniqueness of each event – the custom-tailored menus for each customer are his forte and he enjoyed delivering unique dining experiences for he guests. Being a private chef makes he feel alive.

Moving away from crowds during covid-19, Chef Wiwin enjoys the lifestyle with his wife in the beautiful Adelaide. South Australia is bursting with the country’s luxury treats. Including local wine, food, and natural beauty. Along with their rich soil for wine, the area is home to a range of delicious homegrown ingredients. Due to its fertile soil, the land is plenty with local produce, and South Australia has used this to their advantage. Attracting world-class chefs like Wiwin into their land to create outstanding and unique recipes the state has now been famed for.
