Short bio

Chef Francois Morabito has been working in Michelin star restaurant back in France. After 30 years working as a Chef in France, he moved to Perth Australia 9 years ago to deepen his connection with the beautiful Australian lifestyle and settle his family in the area.

Introduced to cooking by his mother in France, it was around 7 when he started first cooking “experience” by carefully following the recipes in pastry books. “I remember spending most of my weekends looking at raised cakes and different baking mixes behind the glass of the oven door.”

Bio

Chef Francois is highly trained professional chef. He achieved Master of Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Culinary Art, and Diploma in Bakery & Pastry Arts. He had the rare opportunity to begin studying at the most prestigious Chef School, l’Ecole Superieure de Cuisine Francaise in Paris and graduated at the top of his class.

He combines his passion for design and creativity with strong foundations in high-end gastronomy to deliver a unique culinary experience.

Francois is well known in Western Australia for his prowess in the kitchen, having been the Head Chef at Alain Fabregues Bistro Des Artistes, opening Stix Bar and Restaurant in 2015 and then the Head Chef at the Weld Club, sharing his Michelin star chef French experience. Now he operates a boutique tour business called My French Voyage to share his love of France with Australian and International travellers.

Chef Francois moved to Perth as it is a great family destination and he wants to focus on his own family’s happiness & peacefulness. The values of Perth community align with his personal values and he is looking forward to growing a successful small business in the area serving the local community as a Private Chef in Perth. Perth is becoming more and more popular for Private Chef services with the locals indulging in Fine Dining activities. As a favourite tourist destination of national and international travellers, Perth Private Chef services are becoming of high demand.
