When it comes to payment, we use a trust account to hold your payment until after the event. This means that your payment is held securely, and only released to the chef after the event is completed. In the unlikely event of an accident during the event, CHEFIN holds a $20 million public liability insurance to protect both the client and the chef. This insurance policy covers any potential damages or injuries that may occur during the event.

This guarantee is our promise that you will receive a high-quality and unforgettable dining experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your payment.

To qualify for the Art of Dining Quality Money-Back Guarantee, your event must have been booked through CHEFIN, and you must have followed our terms and conditions. If we are unable to rectify the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

We will review your request and determine whether you qualify for a refund. If you do qualify, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

What do I need to prepare for a Private Chef service in Sydney?

Once a booking is confirmed, an algorithm will then identify and match you with the best-suited private chef who will tailor a perfect menu just for you. On the day, your private chef in Sydney will arrive 1.5 hours beforehand with all fresh ingredients, and begin preparing your dishes. Waitstaff arrives separately. The team will take care of all the food and drinks (as advised). After the event is over, the team will clean the kitchen and event area before leaving you to bask in the afterglow of a wonderful event. Drinks, tableware, and glassware can be arranged as add-on services.
