Chef Stephane Stanisic’s culinary journey began in France, where he trained at the renowned Paul Bocuse restaurant. His experience across Europe’s top hotels and restaurants refined his skill in Cuisine European Fusion and Cuisine French Traditional. After moving to Australia in 1999, Chef Stephane worked at Quay Restaurant and later led the kitchen at Echoes Hotel, where he earned a Chef Hat within six months.
