His career spans fine dining establishments, luxury 5-star hotels, and modern wine bars, making him a versatile and accomplished chef. After gaining significant experience in prestigious venues such as Catalina, A Tavola, and Ovolo Hotels in Sydney, Chef Luca transitioned to Adelaide. Here, he took charge of the preopening of ITL at Skycity and currently oversees the kitchen at Longview Vineyard cellar door.
