His journey led him through prestigious culinary establishments in Europe and Southeast Asia, earning him notable accolades such as the Mentor Chef Award at At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy. In 2010, he founded Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare in Singapore, renowned for its Sicilian-inspired cuisine. Now based in Sydney since 2018, Chef Lino is focused on Olio, where he trains aspiring chefs and champions respect for natural ingredients and the best of Italian hospitality.
