Originating from Nice France, Chef Laurent Siloret has worked with some of the great names of gastronomy in France, like Joel Robuchon (Paris), Guy Savoy (Paris) and Jean-Claude Blanc (London).
In 2004 he worked in the United States as a Chef de Cuisine for the restaurant “Le Provence” in Orlando.
Many excellence awards have been granted throughout his career such as
– A member of the toques Blanches” of the world 2017/2018.
– “Michelin & Gault Millau” Restaurant Richelieu St Germain.
– “Golden Plate 2014” Venues Caterer and many more.

It’ very hard to say, I love so many different cuisines from around the world like Italian & Japanese however my heart will always be with French cuisine. Nothing compares with the sophistication, tradition and taste of real French dishes. I do love Making French Pastry & also Bakery as so much creativity is offered. Some of my other favourite dishes are listed below: Blanquette De Veau (A beef stew with a vegetable with a tiny creamy taste) = Every time I make this dish it takes me back to my childhood with my mum cooking in the cold winter months. Tarte Aux Pommes Normande (An apple tart originating from Normandy France that is flambéed with Calvados alcohol & topped with crème fresh) = I have my own take on this classic. I love making pastry in my spare time and putting a tiny modern twist to these great dishes.Cusines

So it became a 3 fold sensory experience – taste, visually & verbally. So eating the dish became an unforgettable tri-fold event and experience. What you presented & made for me & my family was just mind-blowing.
The help & advice from Kelly – your partner with the décor, table setting & flow of the evening & ambience was superb!
But it was your culinary creations that truly stole the show. Each dish was a masterpiece, meticulously crafted with precision and passion. Your attention to detail was evident in every bite, and I found myself savoring each moment as the flavors danced on my taste buds.
The ingredients you selected were of the highest quality, and your skill in bringing them together was nothing short of remarkable. Each dish told a story, a narrative of your expertise and creativity. From the delicate balance of flavors to the stunning presentation, it was evident that you poured your heart and soul into every aspect of the meal.
Beyond the culinary delights, I must also commend you and your professional team for the impeccable service. The warmth and professionalism with which we were attended to throughout the evening added an extra layer of enjoyment to an already unforgettable experience.

What an experience! We were absolutely blown away and chef Laurent is magic – we consider ourselves to be big foodies and we have never had food as good as this before – still thinking about the chicken!!!! | Mine was the chargrilled chicken & my husbands was the prawns. However every single dish was perfection!Chef Laurent from CHEFIN created the menu and meals of our dreams for our recent wedding. The food was so fresh, perfectly cooked and so flavoursome and our guests and ourselves can not get over how perfect it was. Chef Laurent was on time and left the kitchen looking sparkly when he left. We cannot thank you enough for the food and the memories that you created for us and for your company, you felt like part of the family and we appreciate what you did for us! Highly recommend and hope to use CHEFIN and Chef Laurent again in the future!!
