His career includes executive chef roles at Royal Singi Hotel, Gulf Inn, Grand Hotel, and corporate chef duties at 8848 MOMO House Australia. As a Personal Chef Queensland, Kumar channels this diverse experience into highly personalized, flavorful dining experiences that reflect both tradition and innovation.

With decades spent working across Australia, Europe, and Asia, Chef Kumar has also contributed to the hospitality education sector. As a culinary manager at Global College International, he has trained aspiring chefs in both Nepal’s remote regions and international institutions.
