What we’ll do

After meeting you at the iconic and exclusive CHEFIN’ venue, I will cook and serve six gourmet courses so you can enjoy the true flavours of South America. My cooking is inspired by family recipes that have been made with love for decades and handed down to me to continue the tradition. Imagine a mouth-watering mix of traditional and modern South American food scenes fused together right before your eyes. I will talk with you about the ingredients, recipes and techniques used to prepare each dish. While preparing the meal I will share my story, the inspiration behind the dishes and why the ingredients are such a perfect fit. I might even reveal a few special tips from my mother on how to cook these recipes at home.
