Ginger and coriander steamed chicken, soba noodles, broccolini
Nutrition per serving
- 2 pieces of Ginger
- 4-6 cloves of Garlic
- ½ bunch of Coriander roots
- 1 whole Chicken
- 10ml of Sesame oil
- 10g of Salt
- ½ tsp of Peppercorns
- 1 pack boiled Soba noodles
- 1 bunch of broccolini
Gently rub the chicken with salt and keep aside
In a large pot add sliced ginger, garlic, coriander roots, peppercorn and the whole chicken. Cover with cold water. Bring to a boil on high heat, cover and simmer for 40 mins.
Steam the brocollini in a small pot with a little liquid from the chicken pot.
Gently remove the chicken and portion it. Serve on top of the soba noodles along with brocollini and a little stock. Drizzle with sesame oil
