CHEFIN will have provided you with a run sheet for your event that outlines all the necessary information. Print a copy of this run sheet out and have your waitstaff to review it in detail before starting their shift. They should have already looked at this beforehand, but it’s always good to double check and go over it together to ensure everyone is on the same page.
After that, you can brief the staff on what kind of help you will require and your expectations from the team (e.g. what they can and can’t do). Make sure to explain each dish to the staff so that they are able to present it in the best way to your customers. And voila! A brilliant team helping to pull off a wonderful event.
