As soon as the booking has been confirmed and you have been put in touch with the Host, you should ask whether there are any specific dietary requirements that will need to be catered to. Sometimes a Host can simply forget that they eat halal, vegan, or that their sister-in-law is gluten free. Asking the question takes the responsibility off you and gives the Host an opportunity to remember whether they have any particular needs.
If you’ve been given specific dietary requirements to work with and you’re not sure how to adapt them to your menu, we can help! We have lots of experience with this kind of thing here at CHEFIN, just give us a call at 0477 666 351, or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can talk about how to cater to your Hosts needs.
