How do I manage specific menu and special requirements?

As soon as the booking has been confirmed and you have been put in touch with the Host, you should ask whether there are any specific dietary requirements that will need to be catered to. Sometimes a Host can simply forget that they eat halal, vegan, or that their sister-in-law is gluten free. Asking the question takes the responsibility off you and gives the Host an opportunity to remember whether they have any particular needs.
