Yes, you will have to ensure the venue is kept neat and tidy after catering private events. This is absolutely necessary and is part of our all-encompassing experience here at CHEFIN – we cook up the meals and we leave the place looking pristine once we’re finished.
Please make sure everything you have used has been put back where you found it. Be sure that all surfaces, floors, and equipment have been cleaned and left as you found it (or even better!) Don’t forget things like the oven, stovetop, and fridge! If you’ve borrowed utensils from the event, be sure that they are all meticulous before going back into the drawers. Wine glasses must be free from fingerprints, and so on.
